Jay and Dan on the course. The road hereAt Florida State, Dan earned a business degree with a minor in hospitality while working through the PGA’s three levels of testing, one every spring break, plus the Player Ability Test. Summer internships took him to a private club in Tampa, Reynolds Plantation in Georgia, and Red Sky in Vail. He then spent two seasons as a pro at Pinehurst and about five years in Virginia teaching more than 40 hours a week at a public course, where he crossed paths with sports psychologist Bob Rotella. Back in Florida he ran two clubs as head pro and twice earned PGA recognition for his work with juniors.

Tap. Rate. Done.Look at the corner of the table in your bay. There’s a new Google review card on it, in every bay at all three locations. Tap your phone to the card, or scan the QR code, and it opens The Gregor’s Google review page for that location. Pick your stars, add a sentence about what you like, and you’re finished. It takes about a minute and helps other golfers find The Gregor.

But beyond the scores, the league is another chance for members to enjoy some friendly competition, get more rounds in, and connect with other golfers. Updates will keep coming as the league works toward the championship rounds, December 11 to 18.
Interested in joining a future Gregor league? You don’t have to be a member to play, as long as you’re teamed up with one. It’s a great way to experience the club and see what Gregor is all about.

| New Monthly Series |
Course of the Month:
The Yards.
Photo: The Yards
A new series starts this month, and I plan to keep it going all winter. Starting Monday, November 9, there will be a featured course each month for members to play, compete on, and have fun with.
First up The Yards | Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida Just down the road from TPC Sawgrass. Arnold Palmer first designed it, and it reopened in 2020 with a simple idea: why play 18 holes when 12 might be just as much fun? It has a traditional nine-hole layout plus three extra par-3s, and a signature three-hole stretch called the “Beer Loop.” A little different, which is why I picked it to kick things off. |

How it works
1 From the aboutGOLF Main Menu, select Events | 2 Find the Gregor Course of the Month event featuring The Yards | 3 Select it and tee it up. Play as often as you like all month See how low you can go. |
12 holes, including the Beer Loop.
November rules
|
Every setting is already built into the event. Just select it and play.
Already set for you in the Events tab.
Play more. Shoot lower. Win prizes. I’ll be watching scores through November, but you don’t have to be the best golfer in the club to win something. At the end of the month, there is a random prize drawing for participating members. Prizes range from golf balls to guest passes and more. The December issue shares who played, the scores, and who won. |
| Coming Up |

| Winter League |
Winter League
starts January 8.
Fall League is in full swing, and Winter League is already on the way. It starts Friday, January 8, and it works the same way as this fall: 2-person teams, 10 weekly rounds, and no set league night. You play your round when it works for you, at any location, and the live leaderboard keeps score. It's a great way to get through the cold months, and it leads right into spring.
Members $65 per person | Non-members $275 per person |
You don’t need to be a member to play, as long as you’re teamed up with one.
Something new Watch for a few new touches to make the first league of 2027 a special one. More soon. |
| Quick Reminder |
Show up, or cancel
as soon as you can.
Every bay you book is a bay another member can’t. If your plans change, cancel in the booking app as soon as you know. It frees the spot for someone else, and it keeps The Gregor fair for everyone.
1 Show up Your bay is waiting. | 2 Plans changed? Cancel in the booking app. | 3 Cancel early The sooner, the better. |
| Before You Play |
Clean your clubs.
Clean your shoes.
Indoor season is getting busy. A few easy habits keep every bay looking great for the next golfer.
Sign the waiver Every guest needs a waiver on file before they play. Find it in the Gregor app under Dashboard, then Guest Waiver, or use the link below. |
Bringing a guest? Friends, family, and clients are welcome. Up to four players per bay, including you. Add every guest when you book, and their guest fee is added to your account. |
Booking blocks We book in 1, 2, and 4 hour blocks. 1 hour is range time, and the bay is all yours. 2 hours is about 9 holes, and 4 hours is about 18 holes, for up to 4 players. If you book 2 or 4 hours on your own, another member may join you before your tee time, just like getting paired up at a golf course. It helps open up more bays for everyone. |
Booking limit You can hold up to 3 active bookings at once. Once one is complete or cancelled, you can add more. This helps open availability for everyone. |
Door access Your membership works 24/7, 365 days a year, at all three locations. The doors stay locked, and your phone is your key. |
Leave it ready Put the clubs, tees, and remote back where you found them. |
| Current Offers |
